A quick guide to what we can answer fastest, so you spend less time waiting.

If you're booking or thinking about booking:

The fastest path is the calendar on our booking page. It's accurate to the day and lets you book directly. If you'd rather book through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, we're on all three, same house, same desert magic, just a different path to the stars. To minimize your homework, our listing on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com is also linked on our booking page.

If you have a question we haven't already answered:

A lot of the common ones live on the page itself. The house page covers what's inside and what's included. The book-it page has check-in times, pet fees, and a small FAQ. The why Marfa page is where to start if you've never been before. If your question still isn't answered, we'd rather hear it directly than have you guess.

 

If you're already a guest, mid-stay:

Text us at 855.245.6969. It's also in the house manual once you arrive. We're usually quicker by text than email, just saying.

If you're planning your first trip to Marfa:

First-time visitors usually have a different set of questions, when to come, what to pack, whether to rent a car, what's actually open. Most of those answers live on the why Marfa page and in our post on what to pack for Marfa. Start there, then send us the question that's still rattling around.

If you're a journalist, photographer, or curious neighbor:

Send us a note through the form below or email hello@milkywayfarer.com directly. We're happy to talk about the house, the town, the design, the dust, the dogs, or that one time someone asked if Marfa was "that art thing or that lights thing." (It's both. Mostly.)
